Pull back the veil… new WIP art.

I started yet another large painting. It looked daunting, and starting these always is BUT I had a solid plan this time!

This one was inspired partially by my dreams and also by the death card in tarot. (No I don't mean physical death, but rather transformation).

Can we just talk about dreams for a brief moment? Any one else have really vivid dreams? Just me? Recently they have been very vivid, to the point where I can probably paint some of the scenery I have seen and describe the layout of the rooms. All are places I have never been to in this life, yet they seem very familiar in the dream. Some of them have people who I know in this life, and yet I don't see faces in the dream. I still know it's them by their energy and how they feel. These dreams started sometime in 2020 and have only gotten more and more frequent. This is coming from someone who never remembered their dreams.

Sometimes it feels like this whole other world, something beyond the veil of this 3D life, an insight into a past life maybe. Not exactly sure, but I'm certain that they have meaning.

So that's kind of what this was inspired by, the veil between our 3D world and this other world, one of dreams and maybe another dimension. :)

I hope this one doesn't take forever to finish because I already have a frame for it and I'm excited to see how it looks framed.
